FREE Summer Fun

Thank you, Nicole, for reminding me to post this.

Have you heard of the Kids Bowl Free summer program?

How the program works:

  1. Select a participating bowling center near you.
  2. Register directly on the bowling center page (The registration is valid only at the bowling center where you register and cannot be used at any other bowling center unless otherwise noted.)
  3. Once you register, you will have the opportunity to purchase the family pass. It was created to allow for adult family members to enjoy bowling throughout the summer as well. The Family Pass starts from $23.95 and includes 2 GAMES PER PERSON PER DAY. The Family Pass covers up to 4 adult family members.
You do have to pay for shoe rental, but it's otherwise free for two games of play. I would recommend getting the family pass if you plan to play with the kids, that way your games will be "free" as well. This is a great deal for those rainy days we are sure to have this summer, or those days that are so stinkin' hot you don't even want to go outside!

Also, check you local library. Ours in Lenexa had several booklets with summer activities listed, as well as summer reading programs for kids of all ages.

Bass Pro Shops are offering up FREE family activities Saturdays and Sundays, noon to 6 p.m., May 30th thru July 5th! They will have free crafts, free s'mores, a free shooting range, free casting pond and more! Go on over here to read all about it!
